One of the oldest faucets I've used (since 2014), these guys not only reliably pay if you withdraw, they also pay 4.08% APY, compounded daily. You must have a minimum blance of 30000 satoshi to either withdraw or accumulate interest. I much prefer the latter.
Another reliable faucet I've been using for some time. They work with their own "coins," though I have found "coins" to be very close to satoshi. 35000 coins are required to get 5% APY, compounded weekly, and 30000 coins are required if you want to withdraw. There is also a daily loyalty bonus, which increases by 1% each day.
This is a copycat site of Free Bitcoin. While the site is sometimes wonky, they have never not paid, which already makes them ok in my book. They offer 8% APY, compounded daily, if you keep a minimum of 0.05 LTC.
